Depends on whether or not my family was still inside. If they were inside, I'd assume them dead and just leave. When the police come tell me, I won't give a s***. I'll just move on.
(Ask anyone who truly knows me, my family and I are not on good terms... something even they don't realize.)

If they aren't inside, I'll call them and tell them that the house is literally toast and we're f***ed. Then move elsewhere so their blatant stupidity for letting something burn the house down doesn't drag me down with them.

I would be absolutely devastated. Imperfect as it was, all my friends, family, my home is now gone. I'm sure my new friends will help me pick up the pieces, but it would never be the same.

Depends largely on the circumstances. I could not give you a more direct answer without knowing anything specific; all I can tell you is that he'd likely take to living on his ship and wandering the galaxy (as if he doesn't do that enough already).

WWYFD if they learned that the aforementioned destruction of their home world was not an accident, and they found themselves in a position to avenge the death of their home? Would they do it for the sake of vengeance, or to keep their new home and family from suffering the same fate as their original home and family?
