Skya would probably leave if he has no more care for the person, if its minor just try to comfort the person, looking him in the eyes and at some point the person would feel guilty and give a hug, thats usually what happens

(The the one above, Firox. Skya would arrest you pal, you would go to prison for the rest of your life thats the punishment for murder in my era )
