"Ah'll be right on it then. Ah made ye some soup for when ye woke up." The bartender pulled out a bowl and filled it with a green soup. "Pea an' ham, love the stuff."

Mara smiled as she sat, but her expression fell as she looked at the wolf. "He's going to come back, you know. He seemed quite aggressive..." She said. "You'll need somewhere to seek refuge until he is convinced you're not here. My cousin and I have good hiding places for others like you."

Ibi sighed, murring softly as Raz made him more comfortable. His draconic side was healing him quickly, the effects of his drinking slowly wearing off.

There was an intense feeling of warmth flowing through the whole town, a sign that the Archmage of Valour had woken. The sun was beginning to penetrate the inky darkness of night as Valour stepped outside, looking solemnly toward his corrupted brother's portion of the horizon. "I will help you, brother. Whether you like it or not."

The wolf looked up at Mara. "...That's very kind of you," she said, smiling shyly. "Perhaps we could leave soon...?"

Raz felt more at peace as he snuggled Ibi, assuring himself that Ibi would be a true friend, and as such he put a smile on whilst he slept and held Ibi closer, nuzzling them

Mara stood, turning towards the dragon. "Do you want to come with us? We could always use the extra help if that wolf returns."

Ibi muttered in his sleep, something about the archangel being close...

"T-Thank you..." Cherri slowly sipped at the soup. She was too large a fan of the soup, but she was beyond too hungry to turn any food.

Mara stood, turning towards the dragon. "Do you want to come with us? We could always use the extra help if that wolf returns."

Luckily, Raz had just fallen asleep and he woke up again with a yawn and nodded.

The wolf swished her pink-tufted tail, smiling widely. "Awesome," she murmured. "Safety in numbers and all that...." She still had her hand over her stomach. "Should we invite everyone else here?"

The bartender threw his hands in the air. "Ah'm alright 'ere if it's all the same to ye..."

The door burst open, and a blast of warmth filled the whole room. The archangel Valor stood in the doorway and said, in a very powerful yet gentle voice, "I hear there is a young wolf who protected a valuable piece of literature here."

Raz's soulstone flared a brightness when Valor walked in and his worries seemed to disappear when he did.

Cherri finished her soup, or at least, got through half the bowl before feeling too full to continue. "T-Thanks again for the m-meal..."

"Aye, don't thank me. ''Twas that spider there who helped most." He gestured to Mars, whom was staring at a chuckling Valor, her jaw almost hitting the floor.

Cherri smiled softly. "I-Is there umm... a-any way I can r-repay you...?" The feline slowly moved to stand, holding onto the table at first.

The wolf blushed deeply, pressing her hand hard against her stomach. "Uh... Yes," she murmured. "I...I saved this one book from the library..."

"Ye don't need ta repay me. Jus' stay safe, will ye." The bartender said, grinning, before turning and wiping the benches ready for a long day.

Valor smiled, approaching her slowly. "And I believe an armoured figure tried to steal it?"

The wolf nodded. "He grabbed the book and torched the place, then I sort of knocked the book out of his hands with.... a rock," she murmured. "In the night. But back at the library, I found a similar book, and left that in this one's place. But then he showed up and tried to steal this one from me...."
