It looks very cool, the design makes senses and the colors are more biologically probable too.
Very nice overall, and guess the expression really suits you as well.

I want to but I've never been to a con, I actually want to become a cosplay designer after the military.

That's new. My bother usually uses cardboard. It's cheap, and if you cut it right, it's bendable too. He made a daft punk helmet last year.
