Considering your quality, your rates are actually reasonable, however, in mid year holidays, I'd suggest setting out discounts for certain commission types as to get money in a tiny bit quicker.
Thanks it took awhile to figure them out I'm trying to stay at a good range since I'm just starting out, and yea I plan to that!
