they basicaly cut a hole in your skin, insert the base, and then peirce the skin with the horn....

Me and my friends had a giggle about that. She was called Angharad (pronounced ann-harid, it's welsh), so we than decided to call her Myfanwy (another welsh name and a character from Little Britain) we also had a giggle about her try to pronounc Myfanwy with a split tongue... I find it hard pronounce it with my normal tongue..
