Shady Streets

[Razuel]

Geoff instantly dropped the stick and hugged Razuel with care.
"Shh-shh... Okay, let's go, right now."

He hastily rolled the sleeping bag up with one hand and stuffed it into the backpack. He slipped it on, fitting the makeshift spear through some loops on the side, and began heading toward Shalent with Raz in his arms.

Raz groaned as he was bounced with each step from Geoff.

Henry woke up in the middle of the woods near Shalent, he rubbed the back of his head and coughed. He mumbled too himself, "Bloody hell...." His eyes widen when he saw the lush green grass and trees. He picked himself off the ground and began to stumble, "Where in God's name am I?" He feel to the ground again and brushed his fingers though the grass. He called out, "Where are you lads!?" He stood up but got incredibly light headed, he stumbled through the woods calling out, "Someone?! Anyone!? Where am I?!" He stopped and he stared at his hands, "Am I dead?" He called out once more," ANYONE!!?? HELP ME!"

Not far from Henry was a militaristic medic tent. It had a lamp made up of a pedestal and a white crystal for light, illuminating the ground around the tent, and illuminating the red cross symbol with the staff of Hermes in the middle.


(It is still night right now! Just an FYI.   For Zaida and Alka, night is just falling on them, but as they get closer to others, then night shall be shown and apparent around them)

Henry saw the Red Cross, he smiled and ran towards it waving his arms, "Oi! I need help!"

A man, dressed in a white trench coat stepped out of the tent and looked around.

The man was a sergal, but the shade that covered his face made him appear human, "Hello? Is someone there?", the man spoke in an Italian accent

Henry squinted his eyes and called out again, "Yes I'm here!" As he ran forward he noticed the figure didn't look human, he stopped and scanned the figure. "H-Hello.."

[Razuel]

The sergal stepped forward, "Hello there!... What is it I can help you with?"

[The Past]

Geoff tried to keep Raz close in his arms as he quickened his pace. He picked up the shouting for help and the tent through the trees. He cautiously approached, listening carefully to the conversation.

Henry's eyes light up and he feel backwards, "Ay! What's wrong with your face!" He quickly tried pulling his revolver out from his holster but it was missing. He stood up and quickly yelled, "Where am I?!"

[Razuel]

The sergal crossed his arms at Henry's comment, "Nothing's wrong with my face... And as for your other question... You're on Entible, one of the many continents of Merkal...", the sergal looked inside to his assistants and waved them over, one being a beautiful girl, loosely looking like Ms. Munroe, "Ladies, this man seems to be a bit sick... please... help me bring hi-", the girl stopped the doctor, "Doctor... can I try?", the doctor looked a bit surprised and nodded, "Yes, miss...", the doctor went inside and watched the two while the other girl watched from the shadows, herself being an anthro bluejay.


The human girl walked towards Henry, rather she's a neko, she's just hiding her tail and ears, and she slowly walked over to Henry, speaking in a soft tone, it being slightly breathy, "Sir... please, calm down, we're field medics... Now, can you please come inside... you seem to have a blade in your shoulder...."

Henry eased up, "Entible?... Last time I remember I was in France.." He stepped forward towards girl.

Geoff tried to keep Raz close in his arms as he quickened his pace. He picked up the shouting for help and the tent through the trees. He cautiously approached, listening carefully to the conversation.

Just as the doctor went to sit down, he heard another set of yelling and he looked out the back of the tent to see Geoff running  to the tent and the sergal gave an annoyed look, and then yelling out to Geoff, "Geoff? I told you that a tummy ache is not an illness, you just need more food, and our rations are for the sick... not the hungry...", but as his job said to look after the wild citizens that lived there, he had to give them a check up, so he opened the back flaps of the tent and ushered Geoff in, not noticing Raz

Henry eased up, "Entible?... Last time I remember I was in France.." He stepped forward towards girl.

The girl looked confused, "France? What's France... Honey, there's no where in this world called France...", she placed a hand on his cheek, rubbing it softly, "You look famished! Come inside and I'll get you something to eat!"

Any field rations that Henry may have had turned to charcol in the transportation, seemingly burnt

[The Past]

Geoff was awestruck that the stranger sergal knew his name, but everything else he said greatly confused him. "Wh-wait, what are you talking about?"

Henry followed along, his face still in shock. He quickly scanned the area, "How do you not know what France is? The Great War is being fought there."

The sergal got a better look at Geoff as he came into the crystal lamp light, "Oh... sorry sir... there's a different Geoff that complains about tummy aches... please... come in..."

The girl kept leading Henry to the tent, holding open one of the flaps to usher him in, "War? There hasn't been any war for a few years now... and that was between anthros and dragons...", she would try and have him sit on a mattress bed

Henry sat down in the bed, he put his hands on his head and took his cap off, "I don't understand this... Dragons, Animals walking on two legs..." He looked up at the girl, "Where am I?"

Native accent breaks in every now and then... please forgive my rudeness.", she took her hand off his head and moved to a large light-blue goo-like structure and she pulled out an MRE, it having a turkey and beef sandwich, a juice box, a smaller container of condiments, and a small set of crackers
