Geoff thought one bowl should be enough, but after a little internal debating he figured another bowl wouldn't hurt. He deserved it, at least after all the hiking and running around the past couple days. Though it was his fault in the first place for not bringing food. Hunting didn't work out as well as he hoped; such is the curse of city routine.
The bear continued eating and sipping his tea in thought but gradually rushed as he did so, as if a creeping anxiousness emerged from his mind. Surely they had to head out soon, and he shouldn't get too comfy. They had a kid to return home as soon as possible, through an awful amount of snow no less.
