Blue backed even further into the shadows of the hallway. He breathed heavily, but silently. His heart was going crazy. He felt like he was being watched. He couldn't fathom why Hank wasn't budging from the comfort of the couch, but that didn't matter too much to him at the moment.
For an instant, Blue thought he saw a flash of light from the doorway down the hall. Were his eyes playing tricks on him? He wasn't sure he wanted to find out, but better safe than sorry. He pulled out his phone, tapped on the light, and pointed it down the hall.
