Hey all! I've been sketching lately so I thought to share them with you :p . I know they look a bit meh :/ but I really wanna improve so one day I can at least become a decent artist ^_^

















I think that's all for now :p I am working on more sketches as we speak..

I have a feeling Ninetails and Eevee were the favourites of this batch you drew? Just wondering, considering they seem to be much more detailed and shaded x3

xD Well, kinda :p . My favorite was eevee for sure ^_^ but to be honest after lucario I started taking it into more seriously with the shading and all ^_^ . I wanna learn to draw without having a reference... These were all copies from another image (not actual copy I play a bit with the parts I want (tails etc) and also the shadows I make them more detailed than what they actually are..) but ultimately they are not drawn from my imagination.. I don't struggle anymore with proportions when sketching from reference but I can't make anything original yet... I don't know what to do regarding's that to be honest :/

Well it's good to see you're making progress either way :D (And Eevee sure is a nice Pokémon, so I don't blame you for that one :P)

That is a bit of a challenge. You can either post a help thread on learning how to draw (maybe even something specific) in the Artistic Stuff orrrrrrrrrrrrr you could check out a thread I made a bit ago (also in Artistic Stuff) https://www.thefurryforum.com/forums/index.php?topic=35247.0
It's about giving and getting help. It doesn't have much replies >-> But I hope someday it will :P

As for cheap digital tablets: I've tried one or two in the past, and I honestly would not suggest it. Save up for a more professional drawing tablet (my experience Wacom has been the best and their customer service has been rather helpful if I ever needed them).
Or do what I do and start drawing digitally with a mouse, or colouring in traditional drawings after scanning them which you can also do by mouse.
