I had lessons for about 5 years, same for the piano. I mostly knew what to do since lesson one though because mom showed me a couple of things.

I know absolutely nothing about rock climbing.

What does going in stages mean?

In stages mean you don't climb the whole wall in go OR you get to a total heigh via different walls.
For example: you climb 20 meters, then you walk a bit to the next part and climb again 15m, then you have in total 35m climbed, but in 2 stages.

What is the story behind your fursona?

My fursona? Well, I made one about around 1 and a half years ago, just so I would have one and to give myself an representation on this site or god knows what else. Chose to be a mouse for no real reason other than so we wouldn't get yet another wolf or fox fursona or such. I never got around with giving it a backstory or anything, and I'm honestly not interested in something like that at all. What it is just is, and that's all I'm concerned about.

What? What?  WHAT?!?  Switch up the game?  How dare thee.  This isn't an AMA.  I ain't nearly as interesting as everyone else here.   

But generally when I come up with questions, I think of an opener question and then try to come up with other questions based from the answer that I received.  This way I can ask questions in a series and keep things straight, until I run out of questions in that series in which case I will think of another base question and go again on another subject.  Or I am just jealous that you have a good friend and I don't.

hard to tell, my top 3 favorites I support the most are the Seattle Sounders FC, Portland Timbers, and the Vancouver Whitecaps
all 3 are the Pacific Northwest teams 
out of the 3 I have more support for the Seattle Sounders FC

I just got into it, did it during a school day out and well that's how it started

I've made two fursonas. My little leopard gecko Fable and my striped hyena sona Talon.
Fable shows my more social and happy side while Talon remains closer to the way I normally act/feel.

What do you like most about yourself?

I'm an asshole. Just, a good one. I never quit, I never surrender. A friend will want me to give up on them and I'm like "Nope, never going to happen". I refuse to lose in a competition, even if I have to resort to less...conventional methods. It's going to help me be a good Marine. One ex Marine furry put it this way, I added some bold for emphasis
"Marines are assholes, among many other things. Some are friendly assholes, some are mean assholes, but assholes none the less. Breaking down in combat because your buddy died or your sergeant told you to bleep off is a good way to get yourself and a lot of other people killed. Feelings are there to be felt when you have the time and situation too. Our business is killing people, destroying things, taking positions, and holding them no matter what. It's dangerous work that required people to be assertive, aggressive, relentless, and hard. It requires throwing yourself against a wall that is impossible to scale over and over and over, until you die or the damn thing falls down, because scaling it was asked of you. People like that are assholes."
I've scaled a few "impossible" walls already because I don't give up. To me, impossible is a challenge
It also makes it so I bluntly say whatever is true, even if it may not look pretty. Like above
