Skye looked over the "scientist" one last time, then headed for the Humvee and jumping in the passenger side. She looked for a long time to her left hand, but it was unclear why.

Glycerine look at them all as they started to ready up to leave the scene. He realised it was too late to return to the lab before the night would hit.


"So.. eh.. I'm kinda stranded here. Mind if I tag along? If you don't want to to acompany you to whereever you go please atleast give me a ride to a place to crash for the night."


He looked at them hoping they would bring him along, otherwise he would have to face the night, which was not on his wish list.

Nari now somewhat relaxed, now noticed angel wasn't  wearing anything and pulled  some stuff out of her pack, some sort of cloth, a raincoat, her spare kama and some odd bottle some sort of glue.

 Extending her claws she cut the cloth a bit handing it to angel 2 minutes later, a hastily made tunic shirt with a small skirt like opening at the bottom, next she handed the dragon the raincoat "put this over the cloth " the vixen instructed. The cloth would serve as a soft covering to prvent the dragons scalees and skin from sticking to the raincoat. Next Nari would assist Angel in putting the spare kama  and dragon skin on
 at leasrt giving the dragon some protection, unfotunatly leaving the bottom open, Nari not having anything to settle that problem, yeti

Angel was shivering before Nari started to help dress Angel, looking at the makeshift crude clothing that now covered her body.   Angel was overly happy now from Nari being so kind to her that she started to tear up, shoving herself into Nari to hug her, not paying too much attention to the Kama as she thought it was just a decoration.

Kanorado Wastes, 21:47 CST

Blaine stared at Nitro for a moment before lighting a cigarette. "Alright, hop on the back." Blaine replied, clasping his lighter shut. The sun had set and the area was pitch black, apart from the headlights. Blaine pulled his rifle close and put a paw to his facial bandage. It was sore but the bleeding had finally ceased which was a good sign.

Ray stared up at the night sky, and sighed happily. "The moon is absent. The Hunters forgo this night." He looked to the edge of the station and offered Gypsie a paw. "Climb upon my back, I will help you down."

Skye waited to get underway, still staring at her hand. "How is it possible...?" she whispered so softly, barely audible even to anyone in the immediate vicinity.

Glycerine, took of his quiver and jumped in on the backseat.


He forgot all about just being at gunpoint a few moments easlier and asked the passengers of the humvee.


"So where are you guys headed anyways?"

"Well, if we're going to avoid a fate as a ornament on a Hun wall, we're heading down to Texas," Blaine replied, looking at Glycerine through the rear view mirror. He looked back to the crash site, more specifically at the pilot and the supposed slave.

At the police station Kai finished up being briefed after the others. She was to haul *ss till she found the others. She was given a small black dirt-bike. Perfect. She thought, pulling up her black scarf for her face. She sat on it, revving after the group.

She skidded in the dirt, her eyes picking up movements with her fox-like dessert vision. She spotted a shrouded figure on top of a station. Looked to be a police outpost, she hopped off the bike, hiding it in the small shrub and vegetation and silently made her way to the garage of the police station. Upon getting there she slid down on the side of the building. She pulled out a metal stick-like thing made of two rectangular rods put together with a complicated flip lock at the top. she began flipping it, catching it again and again. It made a satisfying slap noise.

Kanorado Police Department, Outer Area (Depot Entrance) 22:13 CST

The vehicle arrived at the depot entrance, the outer lights now dimly lit from the emergency generators. They stopped by Kai and Blaine leaned out the window. "Hey, follow us in and shut those depot doors," He said, before pulling and parking in the depot. Blaine hopped out and quickly shut the doors to the main building.

She slipped the metal into her pocket looking up. She thought she saw some dragon one side of her face tried to smile when she saw Blaine, the other side groaned at not being briefed on all the pieces on the chest board. All that came out was a groan and she limped inside.
