Nari shurgged havin been in the humvee the whole time. Not really able to move with Angel on her anyway in the back seat of the humvee.

Angel felt Nari growing angry, and as Angel had seen too many deaths in her time with the huns, she didn't want more bloodshed, however, this same attitude she saw in her previous dead captors, and seeing in the new fennec seemed to anger her, which in this case was bad since Angel was a kind creature.      Angel stopped leaning on Nari, wondering what she was going to do, supporting her next move as her own body seemed to boil as evidence of her red starred bits on her muzzle.

The fennec smelled something resembling fear, she shrugged, tracing it to the dragon. "So where did you come from?"

((Sorry for pushing forward fast, guys. I'm going to start a posting order once we get to the building after this post so we can slow down and story build.))

Blaine sighed and looked up into the rear view. "Sorry about that. She...asks a little too much," He said over the engine, looking directly at Nari and the dragon. Checking to see if everyone was in, Blaine backed the Humvee out of the depot and hit the road. The technical followed, hopefully, right behind them.


Turning the radio on, he turned the volume down so it was just audible enough to the occupants. It still played his metal CD, from the beginning of the trip. They passed by destroyed businesses and homes before finally reaching the building Blaine saw. A sign was outside, reading Danielson Library.

Danielson Library, Kanorado, 23:07 CST

Blaine stopped and parked in front of the library, lifting his rifle up to the door. He grabbed his bag and threw it up on the porch. "Alright, let's clear it out and find a spot to sleep." He said, walking up to the door.

Kai pulled out an old, weather beaten MP3 and black earphones so scratched they were white. She popped the earphones in, listening to Rag'N'Bone Man - Human.

Skye stepped out with her modded ACR at the ready, looking for both something foolish enough to present itself as a hostile target and some sign that the man they'd encountered before - the one whose voice Skye knew - was somewhere nearby. For now, neither presented itself.

"You want this done quietly?" the silver vixen asked, aiming her 'gun' at the door handle, in case it was locked.

"Go loud," Blaine replied, pulling back the hammer on his rifle. He left Skye and Nari to breach the front, and busted open the window by the door. Crawling through, he slowly checked his surroundings. The building seemed untouched, despite the thick dust on the furniture. Books still sat on the shelves, in perfect condition. "Holy hell.." Blaine whispered before getting cut off by the two's breach.

"I'll just stay here in the humvee for now, my explosive arrows will properly cause more damage than they will do good, but if you need me just scream" he said with a smirk on his face.


He took his quiver out and started to prepare different arrows, in case something they would be needed
