by now Espy, Jolty, and Umbree come up to enjoy the sight of the city as, Espy looks down and also notices Zoroark, a teary eyes visible "I remember long ago being friends with one, she stayed in Unova while Leafy and I left, back then we where Eevees, too young to say much when mom left to Alola"


Following Vappy's lead with ! on her head, we all follow her


--Unova: Castelia City--
Vappy along with ! slowly approach Zoroark, as the youngest Zorua at first unfamiliar with the new faces hides in the head fur, its head slowly poking out
Vappy lets ! know "would you like to greet first?"

? hugs Espy as they see the teary eyes,  Umbree just keeps watching while ! runs up and gives them a hug saying " hello! so happy to see you all "   while Sylvee just sits back and smiles as ! runs up to meet up with their family and Glacey also begins to come off the ship right behind everyone.

--Unova: Castelia City--
As all get off the ship safely, and follow Vappy and !
"thanks there ?, so happy to see our old home....."
Espy flicks ears as she hears a familiar voice, similar with Leafy


As Zoroark picks up ! to give her a warm hug, the young one still hiding a bit, comes out when it realizes that all are friends with her mother

Spoiler for kind of long - conversation:

Zoroark - "hai ! hope all are doing so well, nice to meet all too, did call on all to give the young one a happy time, and to get to meet you and friends"

Espy approaches asking with a bit of excitement in her voice - "Sylvia? is that you?"

Zoroark/Sylvia flicks ears at the recognizable voice - "Evita? Linette?" she smiles big, giving both a big warm, teary eyed welcomed, turns to let all the other Vees, !, and her young one "Espeon, Leafeon, and myself where very close friends long ago, way before ! was born, had not seen them in years, was saddened when their mother took them to live in Alola, and I stayed here in Unova, of course back then ourselves being young ones, not much we could do"


Espy smiling - "I tought I never see you again"
Leafy same - "we missed you for so long"
both hug and play for a while


young Zouru, still riding on Sylvia, looks curiously at all, its shyness going away slowly, suddenly gets picked up


Sylvie picks him up, introduces him to all of us
as Espy says "hai there, nice to meet you" it lightly paws at Espy's right flicking ear


Leafy does the same with the rest of us.... "this Flareon here, Firox very friendly and so caring with all the young ones, loves keeping all warm on cold nights, even if friendly, he also is a good battler when needed to..... this is ?, the cheerful and happy Vee, when any of us are feeling sad, ill, or bored its always there to cheer us up..... Sylvia greets all of us, by the time young Zouru sees seven other young ones, his same size and age, stops being a bit shy when Fiona invites him to play, happily does


Sylvia, once it finds out that Vee loves ice cream, invites all of us for Castelia cones before heading back to her den
young one quickly makes friends with all the other young ones


Sylvia "its getting night soon, we should head back soon and in the morning will show all around the forest" *sees young one distracted with the other kits* "and party location
Good thing at nights, with the city lights, it reflects on the water and has pretty views from across the river, and behind couple bushes blocks off the bright lights so we can sleep at night"

from a bench near the pier, as Sylvia gets to know all of us, and other like Jolty, Umbree, Rose, Sylvee, look all around enjoying ice cream as well as the sights and sounds of the busy city


I keep a look out for the young ones as they are eating ice cream, while all of us sitting on a decorated tree bench

? smiles and waves when introduced and gets excited when there is ice cream, happily waiting for a scoop,  Sylvee introduces here self as well as Umbre nods to the greeting with glacey also waving and helping out with the ice cream.  ! is just catching up with the family and talking to eat of them about her time in Alola.

I keeps all the young ones happy, and warm, the young Zouru surprised at first but murrs very happy in warm mane fur next to ? while eating the Castelia Cones


"That sounds so much fun and interesting !, would love to see it one day too"


After ice cream, we head back on a smaller motor boat belongs to Sylvia "time to go towards the den and enjoy a good nap, there are plenty of room in the cave den" I make sure all eight young ones are onboard as we head back, the young Zouru starts messing playfully with ?'s ears during the return trip, as we see the city lights get a bit smaller but reflect so cutely in the river

As Vappy, Espy, Sylvee, Rose, and Trevor help set up the blankets, and pillows


A small brushing sound followed by a low growl and moving leaves catches Umbree's attention, doesn't sound like a good growl, more of 'meanies-style' evil intent growl, when it takes a peak, all it managed to see was the fast leaping shadow did make out what was a Liepard hind paws, and tail, as the feline leaped back to the bushes.... all of us not knowing whats to come


Young Zouru decides to sleep on me during the night so do the five Vees, the two Alolan Vulpix kits stayed with Glacey, Sylvia stays with Espy and Leafy, inviting ! sleep neary, I'm sure Umbree sleeps near the entrance, Jolty brings it a blanket and pillow, and stays nearby too "Umbree, wake me if you needs to before waking any other, for now getting some rest"


*night went peaceful*

! nods and happily joins for the nap, curling up close by as ? stays cozy in Firox's mane already asleep.  Umbree curls up near the entrance, with Sylvee and Glacey also being close by to catch up on rest as they falling asleep.   Umbree nods to Jolty before relaxing with head done a little.  The night goes by peacefully.

*following morning - 9 hours of good rest*
I wakes up along with Leafy, Espy, and Sylvia, and we help make breakfast for all, some pancakes and waffles


the Vee kits and young Zouru wake as well, except for the two Alolan Vulpix still resting with Glacey


Kits notice breakfast, being made they get the idea of bringing fresh berries for them "we should help pick some up"
Zouru agrees "I know where many grow, very tasty and sweet, not to far, but I can't go out alone"
they turn to Sylvia "can we go out to grab some berries?"
Zoroark smiles "maybe later, you shouldn't go alone"
Espy over hears "we are almost done with the batter, I can take them, first lets wake the others, morning Sylvee, Rose, Trevor”


the young ones agree, slowly help to wake the others

Sylvee starts to yawn and slowly wake up  with ? waking up as well and looking out from Firox's mane to see who what everyone is up to with ! going up to everyone and saying " good morning everyone! "  Umbreon is still relaxing but is awake right now with glacey still snoozing near by,  ? also waves "  hello! "  they calls over with Sylvee coming closer behind ! so greet all this morning as they all smell the food to.

"Morning to all, how was the relaxing night?"


Espy walks near Umbree "three young ones and myself going out to grab some berries to go along with the breakfast, we shouldn't take more than 5 minutes"
The young Vee kit Arval "will remember to get a big berry for you"
Vappy over hears and whispers to Sylvee 'I'm still helping out here with morning meal, if you could, let Umbreon know to keep a watch for the three'


As the bigger ones cook, the two Vulpix wake up, the younger ones have fun in the middle of the den except for the three that went out


I greets ! "thanks you, and good morning, had a good cozy rest, and so did all the young ones"

Sylvee smiles "  I had a good rest, dear "    Umbree nods to Espy  " alright, Espy "   then sits up a bit more with ? running up, ready and excited to pick some berries   "  yeey! berries! "  they jump around Espy.    Sylvee looks over to Vappy "  that's nice of you and of course, will do "  they get up to tell Umbree.   ! looks to Firox "  good to hear, I had a nice rest to.  Glacey starts to wake and stretch paws

While ! is with me “how would you like the waffles or pancakes?” as Vappy keeps mixing more, Sylvia is prepping toppings, I get ready to cook them

—outside—
Espy, two young ones, and ? get ready to pick
“right here, ready and tasty”
Just pass four trees, in a small clearing, berries all visible

Hidden and watching is the mean Liepard, with bad intentions

Espy sits in a corner to watch the Vee’s and Zouru pick berries, Lieard sneaks behind, being silent.

—in den—
Umbree should start getting concerned, been almost 9 minutes no signs of Espy or the Vee’s or Zorua

—outside—
Lieaprd suddenly leaps, attacks with a close and powerful Night Slash, Espy not expecting it, gives a quick yelp, faints, Liepard claw do leave couple of deep scratches in places

Liepard now turns his attention to the Vee's and Zorua, both young ones hold onto ?
"alright you three weaklings"
in a angered mean voice
"hand over the food nothing bad happens to you"
both holding onto ? shivering, start crying out for Espy, who haven't seen that she has fainted
the crying out for help will likely make Umbreon run faster

? shivers to but growls and get ready to defend if they have to while ! jumps forward to and quickly tries to look much bigger by using illusion to look much much bigger while Umbree starts running to where they are at to help defend with Glacey and Sylvee following behind.

--Liepard vs innocent young ones and ?----
Espy still fainted, some deep scratches still bleeding at certain deep scratches, she can't do anything for now....

Liepard leaps at all 3, just seconds before the others arrived, managing to give the young Zorua a scratch on it's left cheek fur as it tried to take away the berries, before Umbree and Glacey arrived to defend them, the leopard did managed to take something from it, a small pendant it carried, won't noticed until its back in safety.

The two young ones for now hold tightly onto ?, both scared and crying a bit, do hope Sylvee went to check on Espy.... back to the Liepard, now its kind of struggle for the cat with a 4 vs 1

It tries to use Nightslash on Umbree.... wasn't expecting it to be fast, missed, landing nose first in front of Glacey and !, with super cold air on it's face, !'s bigger threatening illusion, and seeing that its outnumbered for now, gives an evil menacing laugh as it runs off, pendant now clutch tightly in its front paw, slashing at couple of tree branches along the way, destroying another nest, luckily it was empty of eggs.




--after battle--
Once the Liepard runs off, young Zouru now realizes that it has a small scratch, thin red line luckily did not bleed, does hurt him a lot, starts to tear up while still cuddling ?, the other young one moves from holding onto ?, to try and keep the other young one safe.

Hearing the struggle, Sylvia and the others stay to keep the rest of the young ones safe, and make sure not to burn down with the hot stove.

Jolty by now decides to go out and take a look worried as why the others taking too long. Jumps over the bush to where all are, almost pouncing on Sylvee as she is checking on Espy

? hugs the little Zorua as Sylvee rushes over to them " there there little one "  they gently picks them up in her ribbons to comfort while Umbree keeps a look out around to see if they try to come back, ! ends illusion and goes back to see if all around okay, Glacey comes over and helps with Espy as they are down, they just watch over until Sylvee can come over.

Back in the den, I'm still getting the food ready for all, wondering where half left to, they should be back by now, I slows down with cooking


Jolty goes over with Umbree, trying to find out what happened, and recommands taking Espeon back to den so she can recover in a safe place
Young Zorua, still aching, but a bit soothed after caring Sylvee
