(I think josh is actually asleep right now)

Salakar sat up almost all night with Kevin well the others slept. Around 2 am, when he finally felt he'd be able to sleep, he brought Kevin up to his room, set Kevin in a pile of clothes arranged into a bed, then crawled into his own bed.

[Josh]

(Sorry, I'm on holiday rn, so sorry in advance if I don't respond right away)


Josh sat bold upright, covered in sweat.
He had had a nightmare.
He rolled over expecting to feel Kevin.
"K...Kevin?...."
"Kevin.."
"KEVIN!?"
Josh looked around the dark room, he started sweating again. He turned on the light and searched the room.
"Kevin!"
He yelled as he looked for him. Josh moved to the kitchen, turning on every light downstairs.
"KEVIN!"
He yelled as he started crying.
"Where are you!?"
He ran upstairs to Cuzy, knocking the door open and jumping on her;
"Cuzy!"
He said through tears
"I Kevin's gone missing I woke up and he wasn't there and I went to look for him but I couldn't find him so I went to look in the kitchen.."
His retelling turned into mumbling and then into crying.

[cuzyeahboi]

She rolled off the bed groaning. "Dammit Josh. Check Salakar's room, he had him last..."

[SadDubwool]

"What the hell is going on out there?!"

[Salakar Crocoli]

Salakar rolls out of bed because Kevin is crying and picks him up. "Why do you guys always have to do this right after I get to sleep?

[Josh]

Josh ran over to Salakar and grabbed Kevin
"Oh Kevin!"
He cried as he buried his face in his clothes;
"Where did you go?!"
He now directed his attention to Salakar.
"Why did you have Kevin!?"
He yelled;
"You said I could have him!"
He stood there for a few seconds, breathing heavily.
"You guys don't care do you!?"
He yelled, his sadness turning to anger.

[cuzyeahboi]

"Because you fell asleep and he was taking care of Kevin while you slept!" she shouted from her room, hearing the commotion. She then proceeded to fall over after standing up and just laying there,

[Josh]

"SHUT UP!"
He yelled at Kevin as he was still crying.
Kevin started wailing now. Josh stoped yelling and looked at Kevin.
"I'm...I'm sorry...."
He teared up again.
He put Kevin down and ran downstairs. He ran to the door, opened it and ran out into the night.

"Scheiße-" She said in German. She got up and ran into the night after him. "Josh!"

[Josh]

Josh heard Cuzy but kept running.
All of a sudden, a flash of lighting and a clap of thunder and it started raining. The rain masked his tears as he ran across a main road and in amongst the buildings. He weaved in and out of streets and alleyways, not knowing where he was going.
He finally reached a dark alleyway. He walked down it, his clothes soaked with rain. He curled up in the dark behind a skip bin and lay there, shivering, hugging his tail.
"I miss you mummy..."

[Salakar Crocoli]

Salakar checked on Kevin then ran after cuzy and Josh, following their scent.

Her large ears followed his footsteps and speech. 5 minutes later she found where he lay, curled up. "Josh..." She mumbled, she was already freezing cold and tired.

Salakar finally caught up, but stayed back a little bit to let cuzy talk to Josh.

Josh hugged his tail tighter
"Go away!"
He said, tears still dripping of his chin.
He buried his face in his own fur.
