Was standing at the bottom of the steps queen his eyes went wide, his memory returning to him. He had forgotten to tell them about the horde he saw while crossing the mountain. However, Victor had no time to ponder this as two rabid came through the windows. Quickly switching his weapon off safety, Victor was forced to simply spray his weapon twoards them due to being so innacurate. Only a few rounds struck, but that was enough to take them down.
Seconds later, the wolf heard Alan and Blaine fly down the stairs, unleashing a shotgun blast and hitting another rabid in the process.
Without hesitation, Victor scrambled for the backpack full of food and water, picking it up and slinging it over his shoulder. Before following the crocodile out the back door.
"Oh my..." He said, glaring at the rest of the horde as he felt for Alan's shoulder, pushing slightly as he pointed to the truck.
"Time to go!" He said as he sprinted off the back steps, still holding onto Alan as they barreled to the truck, narrowly missing some of the rabid. In the haste, Victor stumbled and his sunglasses slipped off his face and into the grass around him.
Letting out a small sigh of anguish, the canine pondered going back, but instead simply threw his weapon and bag into the back of the truck before hopping in himself, giving the bird to the approaching horde. At that point, the wolf was pretty angry. Not because they nearly died, or that they had to leave their refuge.
But because they took his sunglasses.
