Armor: RSS uses light powered armor favoring speed and mobility over durability.
Special Equipment: RSS appears to have developed a modified injector usable as a stabbing weapon. It is connected to a device that can switch between different chemicals. He appears to have a few different drugs and toxins at his disposal.
Reason for hire: This mercenary has a history working with the coalition and is trusted so long as the money comes through. His combat proficiency is admirable, but his medical expertise and surgical skills are superb.

Bio: RSS has built up a reputation for being a skilled soldier, field medic, and surgeon. Rumors of unethical treatment of enemies including alleged instances of torture and medical experimentation on unwilling subjects have kept him from being hired on officially. [REDACTED] submitted a report claiming that RSS had taken captives after the conflict at [REDACTED] and tested a toxin later identified as [REDACTED]. After an investigation was launched we decided to continue utilizing him under an assumed name and with individuals unrelated to the Coalition when possible.
