Star Punch (Interest Check/OOC)

Set in the year 2030 where technology has advanced some over the years, a gaming company by the name of 'Star Punch' had gone through many years of developing a game that they say is able to ensure up to 95% realism to the players. Things like the basic 5 senses: Sight, Hearing, Taste, Smell, and Touch are able to be felt within the game. The use of a special headset that connects wireless to a chip implanted in the brain, giving access to certain parts of the brain. This enables players to play the game while they are asleep, even confirmed to work well with hospital patients who are in comas as a means to still communicate and monitor their health and well-being.

Upon starting the game, players are encouraged to make a character that they will use within the game; as a means to represent themselves like an avatar. After the creation of the character, players are then warped to the town's square, Aphalheim, where they can begin their life. With the first important mission being figuring out what job or class they wish to be. If anything, this is like a second world, a second life for people to live. That includes obtaining money in order to pay for things like equipment, food, lodging, and the sort. Of course taking on the task of getting money through killing monsters in the Out Lands meant it would be dangerous. With the reminder of the 95% realism in mind, the feeling of pain, blood and even death will be a great obstacle for many players. But, players will re-spawn within the last city they entered. The only downside; every time you re-spawn you lose a quarter of the money on hand. Players can create Guilds and build up armies to their liking. How they choose to play is all up to them. That includes living a life of crime such as player killing and stealing, which of course is looked down upon and law enforcement of the towns will be notified and in search.
