"Well, I'll let you know if I have an offer. I probably won't until i get a more complicated case than my current one. Its a pretty open-and-shut assault," Hunter said with an audible sigh. "I know it makes sense to give the impossible cases to your district's rookies, but jeez. I always seem to get stuck with the hardest stuff." Hunter's normally positive disposition wilted a little. "It wears on you after a while, you know? And back in my hometown, I had no hope of getting out of that situation since your career hinged on your last name, for the most part. That's why I came here, anyway," he said, brightening up again. "The concrete jungle of Beastopia. A land of possibility, I hope. I'm still a nobody here, but I'm gonna change that."
