(Pheo) Nice drawing, nice  realistic curves on the body, and I like the attention to the detail, especially the eyes and tails
However as Art said, the Dragon's mouth is kinda odd, there's no coloring, and the background doesnt fit with the romantic scene at all.

I believe there are no visible hands because his hand is under her arm and her arm is draped over her stomach so her hand is on the other side...
