Special forum event running for the next two weeks (2/10 - 2/24)!

Whether you are aware of it or not, the forum is currently in need of donations now more than ever. Tweak has some things going on in his personal life (which I'm not going to go into unless he wishes to talk about it), and he wouldn't ask any more from you guys than you already give. But he's a good friend of mine, and he could use your help. As you might have noticed, we've been putting in quite a bit of work into improvements on the forum lately, and we don't normally get much except for personal satisfaction in return.

For the next two weeks, ANYONE who donates to the forum AT ALL will not only receive the normal donator perks, any applicable donation-related awards, but also a ticket into a raffle in which I will draw you an avatar for the forum for free!

I want to extend my sincere thanks to everyone who was able to donate during this period. It is hugely appreciated to see how many people care and wish to help support the forum. I am in a bad situation at present and such kindness is amazing.

Please note, however, the need for donations never stop. Throughout the 12 years of running the forum and the 10 we've asked for donation, we have hit our goal only around 3 times. This means I have continued to cover additional costs personally the remaining times. Any donations made offset my own costs and will also be used to improve the forums.

In the coming months we plan to overhaul the donation system. Some of these may include:

• Revamped perks
• Updated donator page to show totals that have been donated. A running tally of public donators.
• Prizes after specific goals (we hit 100% and all donators will be entered into a raffle for a $25 giftcard, perhaps)
• A dedicated donator channel on Discord
• Access to behind the scenes plans we are working on

Watch this space as we work to put these plans in place. We want to show everyone that we appreciate you helping us out. We are all volunteers but we want to start giving back to the community as well as the donators as a whole. The more financial backing we have, the more opportunities will arise.

Just wanted to post another update that Tweak has found himself a new job! Thanks again, so much, for those of you who helped support him at a time when he really needed it.

We have plans to update the donator perks in the near future, so keep an eye out! We can still help him cover that server cost each month.
