Hunter looks confused. "He...did? Oh," he says, unsure what Willa means. "Did he know Pyrus?"

Hunter opens his mouth to reply, but can't think of anything to say. In the end, he simply says "Oh," and shuffles his feet awkwardly. "I didn't mean to pry into a sensitive subject. Sorry," he says with an apologetic look.

Hunter looks confused. "He...did? Oh," he says, unsure what Willa means. "Did he know Pyrus?"

"No, he didn't" Ambre as a Dratini said still around Willa's neck.

[Pyrus prods the fire switching out the can for the last time. He stands up and without a word fetches a larger 5 gal metal bucket he rigged to be a powder Turner. He throws in a few handfuls of metal ball bearings and about a quarter of the charcoal, then puts the metal lid on it and starts to turn it]

"WAh!?" Hunter exclaims in surprise as Ambre addresses him. Up until this point, he thought Willa was just wearing an exotic blue scarf of some kind. "Hi there...who are you, exactly?" he says, glancing up at Willa in confusion.

Hunter watches Pyrus as he works. "What are you doing?" he asks curiously.

"WAh!?" Hunter exclaims in surprise as Ambre addresses him. Up until this point, he thought Willa was just wearing an exotic blue scarf of some kind. "Hi there...who are you, exactly?" he says, glancing up at Willa in confusion.

"Powdering the charcoal, now we need sulfur"

"Well we can get it from iron pyright but that will take all night, or we can grab that sulfur chunk in the back, your and willa s choice"

Hunter eagerly raises his paw. "I vote we use the chunk in the back!"

Willa just nods.

"Alright Hunter, go fetch a chunk, we will only need about one pound. It's the yellow rock marked sulfur"

Happy to comply with that, Hunter runs off. He finds the stash of yellow rocks in the back of the shop, with Pyrus's carefully scrawled label reading "Sulfur". He quickly grabs a decently sized chunk of the stuff and carries it back to the others.


"Here you go!" he says, offering it to Pyrus. "We're gonna make the gunpowder now?" he asks with a gleam in his eye.
