I can't think of how to word it properly, but the religious backdrop really gives something to Ankh. I got a chill reading it.
I haven't come across many characters who beckon a physical reaction like that from me.

Well, thanks, guys.
He doesn't have an alter, he just takes them out if he thinks that God wants him to, or if they're aura is "marked." I'm still working out details, but I think that he's definitely going to believe heavily in predestination. Which means God knows who is going to Heaven or Hell or the equivalent of those and no matter what someone does they cannot change it. Think Puritans.

Rigor and Ankh have not met in my mind yet, I'm still thinking on how on earth they'd react to each other.. I don't know if they'd get along (because as we all know Rigor likes simple things, and doesn't like the nature of people in general) or if they'd fight each other over superiority.

There's a little on his rope dart; just his own blood. near where he's bound, but I get your drift.
