Discord Profile Field

Discord is a nice new feature of the forum and I was wondering if we could have Discord profile field to add our discord usernames!

Using this plugin:

Modifying it to change ICQ (Or whatever else there is) to Discord inside the code base! (Or using the one already on the forum )

This one might need to be a [TECHNICAL] one but I think it's a good idea.

Good idea. This would also help with figuring out who's who in the Discord chat, as some tend to have a very different username from the one they use on the forums.

Added a field to the signature for this.

I can make an icon for it to go with the other messengers, but it would be more difficult to see the username at a glance. Any preference for either one?

I think the icon approach will be understood, though there is currently no "add friend hotlink" method for Discord at this time. Someone would be able to view the username as it appears in the bottom left corner of the screen when you hover over the icon.

That was my same line of thinking.

There we go. With White's help I got a better setup in place that I'm happy with. The username is displayed over to the left with the icons, and when you click on it, it will copy the username to your clipboard if you need it.
