Personality: Zila doesn't know how to handle emotions and acts impatiently around others. She's angered easily and tends to be stubborn. She likes warm weather, staying in the dark and playing tricks on people. She prefers to be left alone most of the time. She seems to rely mostly on her speed. Zila's not very smart, but tends to distrust others quickly.

Appearance: Zila has a normal fur pattern and colour for a cheetah, including the white tail tip. She has a slender build. She wears long one-piece dark brown tunic with green edges on the cap, underside and sleeves. It seems to have a few holes here and there, and leaves the feet bare. Her tail sticks out of one of the holes in the back. The cap seems to be pretty large, making it difficult for people taller than her to look her directly in the eyes. She also seems to be carrying some sort of small weapon with her?

Background: She seemed to be quite happy as a child, before her puberty kicked in. Whilst learning how to take care of herself whilst her parents were out for work, she yearned for more. She snuck out of her town at night with almost nothing. Lost out in the woods and towns of her lands, she quickly learned the world was not what she imagined it to be. She managed to live a life out of theft, both for hire and for herself. Despite this all, she never found what she was looking for, nor does she remember what she was looking for when she left. Continuing to roam the land, she tends to travel a bit lighter than she should be.

Alright, so here's the contract info for you Toad.

This Covenant and Agreement between Fulvius Isador Mithradat Andrei and The Signed is proof of The Signed's agreement to the following terms regarding his or her purchase of Andrei's wares:

Firstly, regarding damage caused by the user;
     1. The Signed takes full responsibility of any and all damage incurred by improper handling.
     2. The Signed will be also held responsible of damages incurred by improper care and upkeep of the product.
Secondly, regarding damage caused by a deficiency in quality;
     1. The Signed may return any product with a minor blemish within two hours of purchase.
     2. The Signed may return any product with a major blemish within two days of purchase.
     3. The Signed may return any product with a malfunctioning enhancement at any point prior to the date at which the product naturally will malfunction. This date varies by enhancement type, and will be presented before The Signed pays for his or her items.
Thirdly, regarding reapplication of enhancements;
     1. Any item which has been enhanced can only be re-enhanced with the same enhancements. Andrei makes no guarantees that the re-enhanced product will be of identical quality to a newly bought product, due to typical daily wear.
     2. Any item which has been enhanced through alternative means (spells, tempering, et cetera) will be refused re-enhancement, with no exceptions.

Hey, I’d like to join in on this if it’s ok. I usually use both my twin OC’s but it seems handling 1 would be easier on everyone. If I need to I can use a character sheet for him and get some rolls. If not I know how to use common sense when it comes to actions and definitely tone down how power from where he comes from.
