Furry Discussion on the Radio..

Hey guys! I don't know if any of you ever listen to weekday morning shows on the radio, but this morning my favorite show (The Rise Guys on New Rock 93.3 The Planet) had a discussion about furries. Now, I know when you first listen to them on the podcast, they may sound a little offensive toward furries, but you'll have to excuse their ignorance, they're great guys! They just did like half America does and looked them up on the net, where the views are misconstrued. I thought it was interesting enough, so I called in to 'enlighten' them on my views. The podcast should be up in a couple of days here:

Listen for me, if you know my fursona, you can't miss me... But my voice sounds horrible because it was early in the morning.

It is; anyone else had anything similar happen to them like this? I was rather nervous about going on the air about being a furry (especially since this station broadcasts to the entire upstate of South Carolina, and a little ways into North Carolina and I think Georgia.), but I figured that I should point out what they got wrong.

There's something similar to that on a radio station I listen to...it's 102.5 The Edge it's on at 8am and the thing they do is called "What happened" Normally it's stuff about this guy went out with this girl while doing this with so and so...but you can also admit to other things on it...they'll make fun of you no matter who you are...there's three of them...ones named gay Jeff...Jack and I forget the last guy... I was thinking about phoning into them and saying something about furries :/ but haven't done it...the person with the best story or "admittance" gets a $500 gift card :/

Seems more like a nascar talk, but Cramp and Adler on FM 102.1 have had some interesting conversations, so had the guys on love line, same station here in milwaukee, but it's not covered any more.

it doesnt play and it doesnt work on iTunes either,

Mine took a few minutes to load before I saw or heard anything come up. Did you try right clicking and going to "Save Target As" to save it on your computer and open it from there?


(And by the way, for anyone wondering, the furry conversation doesn't start until about halfway through the program.)
