Being too fat is bad too. Im not going to just diss skinnies, lets be fair. My friend she weighs well over 200 pounds and thats a health hazard to anybody, unless your BMI isn't very high. I am only 160 and I am obese rather than overweight according to my BMI. (Basicaly means instead of muscle making me heavier, its fat. x-x) So yea, im not proud that it may be a health hazard if it continues. And people who eat too much for comfort, or another reason besides hunger are mentally ill as well.

because i could eat like 20 pounds worth of junk food but i never gain weight and i dont even excersise
