She slide down its back and held the hookshot in the paw her sword was in, she then looked over the body of the Hydra and saw something she didnt see before, she aimed the hookshot at it and fired it.

the hook ground itself in, and pulled Nixx up to the exposed spot, leaving it wide open for a swing from her sword.

she pulled her sword out and slashed at the spot.

The spot leaks a clear substance with a few pieces of green flesh, and the hydra felt the cut quite a bit, knocking Nixx and her hookshot away from it as it then turns from the two knights, who are finally feeling fatigue after all the dodging and healing. It fires sphere after sphere of energy at her, but none of them were acidic, making it easy to hide or block the oncoming attacks.

she pulled out her shield and ducked behind it when needed.

While it directed its attacks towards Nixx, the knights were finally able to rest enough to continue distracting it for another "spot cut". The hydra turned on them when a spike of earth crashed against its left skull, and resumed its assault on the knights.

However... back at the desolate slums of the city....

Chrono had fallen asleep on the ground, hugging Blaire close to him after they just sparred, with it being a tie in both their favors.
