As the cougar got out of his car I slammed him against it. "Now, you have two options. One, you can work for me and keep your car. Two, you can stay in this going nowhere crew and lose your car to me. Which is it going to be?" I held him against his car, fangs bared and scowling viciously. "Make your choice, cougar!"

The cougar sighed and pocketed his keys. "Listen up, cub. I don't know who you think you are but I'm not going to join you and you're not getting my car!" He bared his fangs and unsheathed his claws, ripping at my chest.

"Ergh!!" I clutched my chest, blood beginning to flow. "Big mistake... Cougar..." I unsheathed my claws and circled him, blood staining my grey undershirt. The cougar lunged at me, aiming for my neck. I swiftly ducked and planted five claws straight in his stomach, stopping him in mid-air. I slammed him into the ground, my claws digging deeper, causing his blood to run down my arm. I reached in his pocket and pulled his keys out. "I gave you two simple options... Here's a second chance. Make your choice."

"Fine... Boss..." He spat on the ground and took his keys back. "I'll keep in touch." I walked over to Uschi. "We done here?" I winced as my wound continued to bleed.

"I told you, I only take what I earn. I don't want to be dependent on you to do my work for me. How would I get better? Don't get me wrong, I appreciate that you would do that for me, but I just couldn't accept a crew that large. Especially one I didn't work for." I tore off my undershirt and wrapped it around my shoulder, putting pressure in the wound to stop the bleeding. "I'll see you at the garage, Uschi." I got in my car and drove to a small medical clinic to get fixed up. An hour later, I walked out with tight bandages around my chest. I drove off towards the garage.

"I didn't make a bet. I gave him options. And so what if he comes after me. I'll take Eugene down on or off the track." I got a water hose and began to wash the dust off of my car. I was still angry and in no mood to be chastised.

"Ok! I screwed up! I know! Believe me, I won't kill anyone. Wound, definitely. Kill, never. I won't start stuff, but if he does, I'll retaliate." I finished washing my car, getting it ready for tomorrow.

Paul walks out from the back of the shop rubbing his eyes, he looked terrible but still alive. "Somebody need to get the blue squeeze put on 'em scyler? i can get you protection against this 'eugene' guy if you need it." Paul half spoke, half slurred through the painkiller as he walked to the slop sink and held the hose above his head and poured cold water over himself. He gasped and held it there, wetting his fur and clothes. "God i hate stress." he said turning of the water and drapping a towel over his head, not knowing if it was clean or not, it didn't smell like oil so it should be good. He walked over to the Charger and started picking up the parts he had scattered on the ground earlier and began to finish the dash.

After a sleepless night and scrounging around parts bins Paul finnaly had the dash reassembled and looking factory, he had well hidden the new gauges, battery shut off, and nos priming/activation switch in the now not functioning radio box. He put it in place and put the engine in the frame rails, as well as put the steering column in. He stood back and admired what he had done, he had done so much and yet so little just in a week. Paul took wrench in hand and started work on the front suspension.

"Finnaly" paul let out a sigh of relief as he tightened the last lug nut on the car. very thing was back in order, the rebuilt hemi now packed a hidden punch. what looks retro and period correct from the outside and in truely is a modern street demon. the large iron block had beefed up internals, it was blueprinted and balamced. its heads were ported and polished, increasing their size and lowering compression just enough so the thirteen pounds of boost thrust int the motor from the giant positive displacement wieand roots blower sucking air through massive holley carbs and a hilbron style scoop. Long, full length hooker headers emptied into cherry bomb glass packs and straight pipes that exited just infront of the rear tires on either sides, large megaphone tips giving the old charger r/t a challenger t/a-is look. The car sat on very, very wide deep dish weldstars in back, the large mickey thompson sportsman pros filling up the wheel wells. more normal sized weldstars were bolted to the front axle at an 8 inch width and were wrapped in low prfile bfgoodrich radial t/as. Paul lloked the beast over with a broad grin on his scarred up muzzle. the fur was just now starting to grow back, and wasn't all that thick or dark. he'd have a web work of white fur marking his scars.
