Furry Final Fantasy: Dawn of the Chosen

Kipi tried to keep himself from laughing. He lit a tiny flame on the tip of his finger and said, "there's nothing more reliable than a bit of magic. Even when you're unarmed, you can still defend yourself."

"Well, I'm the only one in the family with the skill for magic. The other two learned how to shoot from long distances. Andre with guns and Xander with a bow and arrows." I froze the flame on his finger solid. I smiled as he tried to get it off.

[Kipikipo]

Kipi stared at his finger impressed. "I take it you've been training at an academy then?" He waved his other hand over the ice and rekindled the flame, then asked, "which one?"

[Scyler]

"I trained at the Ivalice Mage academy. But I got expelled because I attacked my instructor. I called him out in a duel. I won and he got mad and ad me tossed from the school."

"wow how is that fair, i actually pass out of the monk acadamy, i mean pass, with flying colors, and i always get hurt" uschi grumbled laughing shifting the gill to a diffrent spot on her back, "whats gonna happen when we get to town"

[Scyler]

"I guess we can start with buying you some armor, so you don't get hurt as frequently. After that, well probably have to find a place to stay." I look at the setting sun, knowing we only had a few hours before it was dark.

"right, hey why don't we split into teams, one group finds a place to stay, one for provisions, and one for anything else, like my armor" uschi said smiling, "i'm sure you guys don't want to wait around while i get fitted for armor, and argues n prices and all about armor esigne" uschi said laughing, listinging to her growling stomach

*i nod at uschi* "she has a point, i'll go look for a place to stay if nobody else wants to*

"thanks man, i'll look for armor" uschi said smiling

"I'll help with finding a place."

Raising his hand slowly, Kipi looked at Uschi and said, "I'll accompany you."

"ok i'll see you guys later, come on kipo" **some time later**

"hey guys" uschi said walking back wearing her well crafted 1" plate armor, full protection, not even weighing her down much, steel and strong, the steel color standing out on her dark brown fur, tossing the gil bag to scyler, now lighter, but not totally empty
