A friend i knew hung himself because his parents did not accept him g=being gay.
He had a tail. I peeked into that stuff.
I just couldn't not make a dedication to him.
I liked the stuff he was in. So i joined more as a dedication to him.
I could explian more but, any more depth and i'd have something like 4 pages of crap.

I became a furry from my non-furry friends. They started talking about how weird and stupid furry is and I asked what furry is. They explained it briefly but I googled it later on that day. I didn't see what the big issue is as most of the hate is from false stereotypes. So I did some more research of what a furry is and loved the idea. And here I am now :D

I met some people, they happened to be furs, and they seemed kinda nice, and they introduced me to the furry thing.
i liked it, and decided why not, and here i am c:.


I also liked games/cartoons with anthropomorphic animals too. so i suppose that's something!

I was hanging out with my friends one evening in my best friend's brother's apartment (that was our hangout, we were all good friends). Anyway, my best friend used to listen to the Distorted View podcast and sometimes they did videos. So we were watching one of the video-casts and there was a bunch of furries in suit in it. I had no idea what it was, never seen a fursuit before. Went home and googled it up and next thing I know I joined a forum and made some really good friends.

That was almost 6 years ago and since then I've been to 3 conventions, countless gathers, and made my own tail!

Weeeellllllll, I used to pretend to be a cat when I was little, and tell myself stories about animals late at night. I've always been really into animals, and when I was 11 or 12 I found a huge amount of yiff art and was like "??!?!?!?" Buuuut here I am 8 years later and after my friend started drawing her bunsona I was just like "hey why not?" and now I'm a furry.
