Ember continued to roam the halls. Her arms were crossed and she stared at the floor as she walked. She muttered many things under her breath that no one could actual catch if they were close to her. "I guess that's the last time I try to help someone..." She grumbled.

Ember spread her wings and flew through the halls. She was really bored and had nothing to do, so she just decided to fly for a bit.

duo sighed and looked around, not seeing any other mechas around, she held up her arm, the piston in her forearm pulled back, she swong at the concreet target and hitit, allowing the piston to push forward blowing right through the dummy, she sighed and took out a wrench, the calibration just wasn't right, she looked at her arm and poped open the pass code required access panel and started working on her arm, tweaking a few things here and there

she watched the girl curiously. self conciously reaching for her secret stash of chocolate. she decided to wander over and aske if she was ok

Arke wanders into the training area, deployed his suit, and took aim at one of the targets downrange. His pulse cannon blew the dummy away quite effectively, which was no real surprise. What did surprise Blitz was how well his new design handled the recoil. The kick was hardly even there, but he managed to keep all the power he had put into the V-7 cannon. "Perfect..."

duo looked over at arke, she smiled and stood up and walked over next to him nonchalauntly, she lifted her arm and sighted in on a target and unloaded a clip, nearly demolishing the dummy, her arm gun slightly smoked

Name: Sakamoto Kumiko (Kumi-chan)
Codename: Reaper
Student/teacher: Student
teacher class/ student year: freshman
Ability: Teleportation and some necromancy (not very good at it)
Apperance: 5'0" with short, dark purple hair and a blank white left eye(usually it's covered with bandages because it's sensitive to sunlight). Wears a long black robe, so long that it drags on the floors behind her, with a large hood, which makes her look like the Grim Reaper(hense the name). Always has a scorpion pendant around her neck, which she never takes off, and a winged-skull pendant securly fastened to her rode, connecting the two sides just below the hood. Under that it just anything black, brown or dark purple. Pale skin and a dark purple tail. Always carries a 6'4" curved scythe.
Background: Lived with a mother and father for many years but was abandoned after a rather morbid incident in the graveyard. She wandered around for a while until her teleporting ability kicked in. After that she pickpocketed and stole her way into a healthy lifestyle. That is, until she was snagged and brought to Skyhigh.

Kumiko peered over at the dummies, which were taking quite the brutal beating. She watched in awe as the other students practised, using their powers with such efficiency! It came so naturally to them.
She sighed to herself and looked down at her waving tail, which seemed to have a mind of its own. Of course, she just had to be new, but not only that, she was a freshman too! A new freshman! How sad. Sure, she should have been a grade higher but she'd missed school that one year. And it's not like it was a big deal. The real problem was the abundance of people that could hurt her.  :shcoked:
She contemplated greeting them; getting the 'hellos' and the 'hi's' out of the way first. Maybe she could leave a good first impression if she tried. But, no matter how much she begged her legs to take her there, Kumiko stayed where she was and just stared out at the training students.

Yusuke walked around to the training grounds, throwing and slowing an apple down in the air. Not looking where he was going, he crashed into someone near the training ground's edge. ((man this happens a lot, doesn't?=^_^=))

[Sakamoto Kumiko]

Kumi didn't have any time to react. Someone crashed into her from behind and she went forwards, flopping onto her stomach, her tail waving rapidly in surprise.
The world still spinning, Kumi sat up and tried to focus her mind. It was only then that she realized someone had bumped into her and she turned to see who it was. A very tall boy with messy blue-black hair. Her confidence took a nose dive; she knew she was short but HOLY SHIZNIT PICKLES did she feel short now!
"Ah! S-sorry! I'm sorry!" She frantically waved her hands out in a panic.

twists in surprise and manages to break his fall with a hand. propping himself up into a sitting position, he studied his palm carefully. Taking a deep breath, he looked up at the girl who had spoken.
"No, it's my fault, I wasn't looking where I was going..." standing up and brushing his pants, he held out a hand to her.

He stood and brushed himself off. Needless to say, Kumiko was surprised when he outstretched a hand to help her. She wasn't used to people being nice to her. But she took the kind hand nonetheless, her paranoia beginning to fade away and stood with the help of the stranger.
"...Thank you. Um, my name's Sakamoto Kumiko. M-may I ask yours?"

Yusuke let go of her hand and let out a deep laugh.
 "Of course you can! we're all friends here, right? It's Yumi Yusuke, but my friends call me Yusuke, or Suke. Anyways, I'm a freshman here, so if you need any help, don't be afraid to ask, okay?"
