When she was finished, Jag slowly made her way down the stairs to watch the compulsory assembly. Her fingers clenched and unclenched in agitation. Eyes downcast, she played with her fingers, letting claws sprout them evaporate. It excited her.
Jasen looked up, smiling at Firix. "Hello Ms. Firestar. What are you doing?" He asked softly, watching her. His eyes were kind as she regarded him with cold distaste.
Firix growled. "None of your business, that's what." She replied coldly, fixing him with a pointed stare. Her fierce eyes reflected hatred unlike any other he'd ever seen. "Why do you care? I'm just another idiot child you have to babysit." She grumbled, tail flicking in agitation as she finished up the sketch.
"No, you're not. You're much better than that, Firix and you know that. Don't put yourself down." He replied softly, touching her shoulder. His fingers were cold, his eyes soft. Feeling something in her shift, he moved back and smiled, arms open.
After the assembly, she walked silently into the room, taking a seat on the other side of the room from Firix and Jasen. Her eyes only reflected what she would allow. Taking an easel, she began painting how she viewed the school, in vibrant colors and darkened strokes.
(I will not be able to get on for a month, I start work tomorrow. I'll try to get on later in November or December though. I apologize in advance for the delay. Please forgive me...)
