Motive : To discover who killed her
Background : Jane was one of the more kind and yet more popular students. She never liked all the attention but could never turn anyone down not even someone she disliked ((That as well was a rarity in it'self)) No one knows why she was killed and who would be cold hearted enough to do such a thing.

Relation to Jane: A friend, not one of the closest ones but he knew her
Motive: Wants to help find the murderer, but doesn't show his emotions which makes him seem suspicious
Background: Somewhat of a loner at school, Vince usually kept to himself and his music and not showing his emotions to anyone. He's a big mystery to most people at school.

Location: Spring Street.
Relation to Jane: One of Jane's close friends.
Motive: To maybe figure out why Jane was killed and who did it.
Background: She transfered over from Egypt and Jane became her very first friend. She speaks very fluent English and barely sounds like she's Egyptian, some don't notice until they hear her name. She had trouble making friends because many of the other students knew that Anubis is the Egyptian God of Death and seeing that she was part of that species, they thought being her friend would be bad luck...and now she thought that too since Jane died.

Nickname: Flames
Age: 15
Location: Summer street
Relation to Jane: Several years ago Jane decided to make Flames, who was an orphan, a part of her family. Despite their ages, Flames saw Jane as a combination of mother and sister.
Motive: Revenge and putting Jane's spirit to rest.
Background: Little is known about Flames. His hometown and biological family remain a mystery. He is rarely in town as of late and only those close to Jane know who he is. He returned from one of his frequent travels out of town a few days before Jane died.

Relation to Jane : Bow Chicka Brown Cow *cough* Her mate of course
Motive : To find out who killed his mate
Background : A relatively reclusive raptor despite how well he was known around town for his hunting exploits. Loved Jane a lot and was going to propose to her after she graduated, but after her death fell into drinking and other acts of self destruction.

Relation to Jane : Jane's Admirer.
Motive : To find out who killed Jane.
Background : Largely disliked by most, Shane was shunned from most of the people at his school.  He graduated at the age of 16.
Oftenly called a geek, Shane reads and writes in his spare time.  He became a detective after graduating, and has taken up this case for the sole purpose of discovering who's fault it is for this truly unjust death.

Age: 18 (Birthday undetermined)
Location: Winter Street
Relation to Jane : Sister
Motive : find out why someone would kill her older sister
Background : Eli was born a twin to Jane, but she never got the attention Jane did. She remembers always being Jane's shadow but Eli loved her sister. She couldn't have imagined someone would kill her twin. A part of her died and she never really recovered. Married to Jacob, Eli has been a wife for only a month and she still can't stop thinking it should have been her who died.

Relation to Jane : Jane's twin's husband
Motive : To help Eli recover from her twin's death.
Background : Jacob met Eli and Jane when they were in high school. Jacob dated Jane for a little while then fell for shy Eli. They got married in September, a week before Jane died. Now, in November, Jacob cannot understand why Eli hurts so bad, he has no siblings that he knows of.
