My writing stoof O.o

*pokes thread* hmm.... so.... can i post some poetry here?

*fiddles with my keyboard* lets see if i can churn something out ^.^

The world continues it's constant spin
For some in this place the day's yet to begin
The ones we know of the ones we forget
They bleed sweat and die, our lives they protect
These brave, these stupid
These strong and these weak
They stand post for us, day and night sun or sleet
We wish them our best
We send them along
But never forget
To them our safety belongs

O.o hmm.... i could do better... it's about the military and the police, all over the world, not just in the U.S.A.

Oh, btw, i write this stuff as i go, i never know what it will be about untill i make up the first line, so forgive the 'first draft' aspect of everything


We play our games
We live our lives
We say eachothers names
We tell eachother lies
We pretend not to care
We say it doesn't matter
We know it's not true
We pretend not to be flattered
We know the truth
We need the approval
We seek the feeling
We want our pain's removal

Meh... i guess that one was about always needeing to feel accepted O.o that wasn't what i was going for when i started lol


i'll post more and maybe a short story if anyone thinks it's worth the time, and critisism is welcome ^.^ (BTW, i know i spelled stuff wrong, so sue me, i don't have spell check and can't open another window or this POS will crash >.< )

This is me, a clean slate
And empty shell
A blank state of mind.

I'm not a god of any man
I'll never be a devil of the land
Not an angel with feathered wing
Nor a deamon or evil being.

I am myself
A neutral man
Never alone
Here I stand.

I can be anything you say
I can begin anew every day.

If I so choose i could be pure and good
Or if I felt like it evil and misconstrued.

I have the spark of divine light and peace
And deep within even the devil I could replace.

But when i get there i'll no longer be a man.

Be it devil or god, i will be changed.




hmm.... er... anywhoo.... i think i mean that i'm not really a good or bad guy, but if i want to, i could be a saint, or on the other hand, i could be the next Hitler with no trouble...... i guess it's good that i'm too lazy to try for one or the other lol
