My favourites are, not-so-much in order:
Cheshire Cat (like me! )
Golden Crowned Fruit Bat
Kitsune (the real kind, *not* the just-a-fox-with-more-than-one-tail-and-random-powers kind  :umm:)
Kirin
Annamite Striped Rabbit (!!)
Ryuu (dragon, but the oriental sort specifically (thus the use of "ryuu"))
Phoenix
hybrids of many kinds
...and more.

I'm rather a fan of all furries. ^^
