Sorry for the double post and stuff, but I needed to get it so it pinged you guys also, I'm working on making some fractals of my own, it's taking a ridiculously large amount of time, coming up with an equation that my machine can render as a fractal.  So it may be a bit longer before I update, and yes I said I'm using math, specifically calculus, to make them, and it is very very hard .

You should think about doing some op art/scintillation kind of stuff sometime. You'd probably be good at it, it's not much different from those things, it just utilizes contrasting colours.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you just said, could you say it in average joe's terms (seriously I don't have a clue.....) Also on a side note, I'll probably upload some more new stuff tomorrow, so if you want something make a request in the requst area, I don't mind, it gives me summat to do.

It's stuff like this, or this, or this.. or here's a site with a bunch of examples: http://www.chadderton.com/images/akitaoka/opart-e.html (keep in mind, it may give you a headache if you're sensitive to stuff like this). Not really asking you to do anything like that, it just seems like something you might be interested in, if you enjoy doing those fractal sort of things.

Scintillation is when something like that is made up of contrasting colours, usually complementary ones (blue/orange, red/green, yellow/purple), and when you look at it, it almost makes your vision "vibrate" in a way. Not sure how else to explain it.

Victor Vasarely is a fairly well known creator of op art, you could look up some of his stuff too, just using Google, if you want.

Hope that's a little more clear for you. Just something I thought about when I saw the work you did. You're free to ignore me and do whatever you want, by all means.

eeeek to bright to bright, I'll pass that first one hurt my eyes.  I make what I make, and like I said, I'll make some for other people, who knows maybe I'll start putting them up on D.A.
