About the character: A former street thug, he volunteered for experimentation. Unfortunately, the experiments were successful. Created as the "Light assault" version of Unit-H1000A, he is lighter and faster, though not as heavily armed, as Unit-H1000A ("Carmine"). He is extremely dangerous and tempermental. He shows no pity toward anything, be it experiment or not.

Powers: Has the ability to tap into most security and computer systems, allowing him to track targets easier, though doing so leaves him tired and weak for a short period of time.
Traits: Storm believes in winning at any cost, thus creating his reckless fighting style. He prefers to hunt with traps and ambushes, as opposed to open attack. Half of his head is covered by a steel skull plate, though it does not interfere with his speaking ability. His heart has been replaced by a mechanical device, thus making him slightly sensitive to some electromagnetic fields.
