Yes.  I have a very fast metabolism.  I have to stay very active to maintain it.  If I stop exercising for a week I lose my results instantly.  Which is why I try my best to avoid the question stated.

Are you compulsive about your physical and metabolic nature?

Yeah, that General Tso's Chicken has some spicy peppers...... I just took a few peppers out to eat, my cousin had one and drank 4 bottles of water, and he hates water  :)

Who would win in a fight, a ninja, a zombie, a pirate, or just some other out-of-the-can amazing thing.
