^^ For formal occasions, yes (only proms so far for me, so I haven't had a formal occasion in a year and a half). I don't rent though.

^^ I went to a small school, so yes. Everyone knows everyone in this town.
^ Yes. That's why I only shop when I have the money and I shop for something I know I want and don't browse anything else.
