Pheonix stopped and shielded her eyes from the glow and heat of the fire. She quickly ran over to the lizard and quickly picked him up, rushing him away from the flames.

Riku bowed in agreement before jumping backwards to give himself a bit more reaction time. Using his spear as a pole-vault he leaped over the dark flames, and spun around in the air to bring his spear up and over his head to produce a cartwheel of flames, which he fired at the dragon. He landed back on the ground, panting lightly from the effort.

He coats his hands in shadow-flame as he grabs the cart-wheel flame, and it quickly burns out...

[Golge]

Golge opened his eyes just in time to see the flames, he looked away expecting pain but, instead he began to move, away from the fire. he looked back and saw his savior, phoenix had helped him yet again. "rrrr i...thank you, perrrrhaps not all light followerrrs arrre bad..." he stood up shakily, and bowed deeply towards her

"No problem. I dont think that one should die just because he chose his course of life." She helped him walk through the forest to her camp. "Don't worry about philly he's fine. I took him here because i know how the forest is."

Riku watches as his attack is stopped "he's better than I expected, I may have to change my tactics". He thought to himself before launching a couple of fireballs and unleashing a flurry of jabs to follow-up the fire attack.

using the flat of 'Wrath' like a shield, he bats the fireballs away, and then tries to cut off the spearhead that is jabbing at him...

[Golge]

Golge sniffed the air, the smell of the light still made him nauseous, but he would tolerate it, these people saved him, even after he tried to kill him. "I am...sorrrry, ive had difficulties with the light in the past" he confessed

"To tell you the truth... I just chose the Light path. I once too was a Dark follower," she admitted while helping him over to a seat.

he looked over at her with wonder "rrrr why change, what is wrrrrong with darrrrkness"

Riku suffered a long gash on his forearm from his assault "arrrgh, you have weapons for a reason, idiot!" Standing ready with his spear, he leaped forward, intending to sweep upward and give the dragon a long gash.

"Nothing. I just figured, why go around the rest of my life being mad about something that i knew i couldn't solve," She replied, as she sat by the fire.

"What...no fire jet?" he asked, as he brought 'Wrath' down to block the spear....

[Golge]

memories flooded into golge's mind "rrrrr but i CAN solve this, rrrr i can kill the light followerrrs that did this to me" he shouted , jumping up from his chair, heaving with anger

Riku grinned as their blades collided and locked together "oh, you'll get fire, I'm just adding a bit of variation and excitement.....It'd be boring if I just toasted you". He pushed off and landed a few metres away, observing his foe with a trained eye.
