Dark Whispers

[Philly Tanuki]

Philly bends down and studies the ground where the fire was started.  "This was definately dark magic" he thought looking around for the person who started the fire.  He picks up a sample of dirt and sniffs it, then sets off into the woods searching for the scent.

Riku saw the Fox move towards him. Knowing that The fox was going to reveal his position, he stepped out in front of the fox, his blade shining in the flames that licked around his legs, kept alive by the leopard's dark magic even in the rain. Pointing Shadowclaw at the Fox he declared in a confident voice, loud enough to be heard By Philly but quiet enough so no-one else could hear "I am Riku, and I am in league with the darkness, State your name and affiliation so we can get this over with"

"My name is Philly, and I too follow the darkness" Philly said  staring down the edge of the blade pointed at him.

((Sheesh guys, leave a fellow behind for getting sick))

"Leave now evil ones." Rosuto growls out under his breath, drawing his sword with his right hand and whiping enough of the sand out of his eyes to see, just barely.  "I am the Paladin Rosuto and none of your wicked ness shall survive the purging light of my blade." I growl out, attempting to entice some one into acting, so I know who to strike.

Riku lowered his blade, raising an eyebrow at Philly "Is that so? Then would you deign to assist me in the ambush of a common enemy? I could reward you if need be" Riku fell silent, waiting for a response from the fox in front of him, not even acknowledging the ruse from Rosuto, as he realised it was just a ploy to get him to give away his location and his allegiance

"It is" Philly says not taking his eyes off the blade.  "What kind of a reward are we talking about exactly?  And furthermore who is it you want to ambush?"  he says with a slight sound of greed in his voice.

[Golge]

still skulking about in the shadows, golge suddenly realised he had been spotted and darted back into the undergrowth, he quickly spotted the one who had started the fire, "rrrr i hat- wait..that one looks familiar" and he crept slowly towards the leopard and fox then asked loud enough for them to hear " rrrr you, you start fire?", and he  pointed at the leopard, sensing the refreshing dark energy in the area.

Riku cracked a lopsided grin "Gold...power...whatever you wish. As for the targets, just a few faith followers that need to be...educated" His gaze switched towards the chameleon who had just come out of hiding "it depends...Who wants to know?"

golge hesitated slightly "rrrr my house...it burned" he said quickly, having almost forgotten... then something clicked in his mind "rrrr you serve darkness? yesss yes? rrrr maybe i help you yesss? my name...golge, its golge" the chameleon said excitedly, fidgeting like crazy

Strengths: fights till the end. Doesn't let anything stop her from reaching her goal. Very stealthy (Assassin).
Weapon: Dark Bow and Arrow. Claws.

*Extra: Makings: pentacle on left palm of paw. tribal crescent moon on right ankle. 3 large claw marks running down back.

Pheonix slowly stalked through the thick woods. A light glow of a blaze and black smoke rose out of the darkness of the night. She sat on a branch and looked towards the red glow. "What the---," She paused. As the smoke rose, Nix darted towards the commotion. She stood along the tree line and watched as wanderers discussed the issue presented.

((O.o... i read all the posts... and still didnt understand whose dark or light.))

Nix decided to go back into the dark forest. "Hmph!" she mumbled to herself. She drew her bow and arrow and quickly shot it. the arrow was lost in the darkness. "These woods are so old, they creek with the lightest breeze." She collected her thoughts and continued moving onward to her home.

(errr lemme read the posts......i think they arent in the SAME clearings, just ones that are very  very near)

"I'm more interested in that blade you have there, but either way I'm in" Philly says with an evil grin.  His grin quickly turns into a scowl when an arrow flys out of the woods and right past his head.  He ducks low to the ground and stays squatting for a while in case anymore arrows come by.  Looking at the chameleon Philly asks "Do you have an interest in the dark arts?"

Nix continued walking through the woods looking for her lone arrow. she came to a clearing where a chameleon and fox were conversing. She got low to the ground, her ears twitching, while attempting to get a good listen in on the conversation.
