Naruto is a good read, but not my favourite. However, my absolute favourite read is a tie between Gantz, Aiki, Claymore and Ubel Blatt.

As for anime, my favourite would have to be a tie between Gundam 00 and Death Note. (The 2 movies sucked alot.)

I can't say I'm too into any of the ones you've listed. The only one I am even passingly familiar with is Fruits Basket because my friends' daughter is a huge fan of it.

I like Ranma 1/2, Kenshin, Gundam Wing, Martian Successor Nadesico, Queen Emeraldas, Galaxy Express 999, Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Shamploo, Angel Sanctuary...probably a bunch more I'm forgetting.

Kenshin was good, but the problem was that they never put the Enishi series on video and they never aired or DVD'd the season of the whole series in english. In fact, it took me 2 years to get my hands on the Shougo series, where Kenshin gets caught in a feud with (DUN DUN DUN) another Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu user by the name of Shougo who's heart is corrupted. Unfortunately, in Japan, they never aired the final episode of that part of the series.
