My tech situation is destined for the Embarrassing thread, I use Paint.

I have the name of a program written down at work (I will try and remember) which is powerful but not too fiddly!

Then you could download that Aarrr Shiver Me Timbers Me Hearties!

I basically draw, take a photo and crop or resize with paint.

I did do some correctinos on one pic (the headless one, but paintfully slow)  XD
