Nix suppressed her impulse to laugh. "Dragon, don't be so wise as to be so judgmental of this creature. It isn't living. It's a shadow. If the creature doesn't kill you, then the woods themselves drive you to the break of insanity." The old man got up after leaving a coin on the bar and walked out of the tavern.

I sighed..."If I only get a general description...how can I make an actual judgement...but thats what Dragons used to be reffered to as...." I said before drinking the last of the ale, then raising two fingers for more ale, and hearing a 'hmph' from the barkeep...Yea...almost everyone thinks I'm a monster or freak at first glance...but I didn't do much to deserve otherwise...

Nix over heard the dragons thought, but kept to herself. She rose and left a coin on the table. "It was nice to meet you." She casually walked out. Once she exited the tavern she stood in the street, silently.

After the wolf leaves, the waitress arrives with my ale, then pulls out a dagger she kept hidden in a lace by her right leg....I get out of the chair, deploy one of my hidden blades, and end her life before she does the same to me. Then, I walk out with a canteen of Ale, and catch a glimpse of the wolf, and make an effort to follow

A smallish figure appears from above, landing with two soft taps in front of the wolf girl, his cloak waving slightly. He looks at her for some moments, and bows slightly, "I'm sorry if I startled you... My name is Foxx DawnKit." he said. The tip of the hilt of his sword could be seen.

After hearing someone say 'blade', I turn around and hold up my hands, showing that I had no weapons. Then, I flash my teeth in a smirk and dash towards a drain-pipe, quickly climbing it and reaching the roof in a matter of seconds, just before vanishing, I threw a sphere of shadowfire at the person that bursts and creates a smokescreen...keeping an eye on Nix...

when the smoke cleared luke engaged his cloaking device and followed the dragon he kept his distance and said "calm down i just wanna put forward a proposition"

I just stood there and flatly said "I'm not for hire...not anymore...and right now, you're annoying me..." while shadowy flames start to rise out of his arms...

"im not here to hire you I need your help" luke said calmly "in those woods lives a dark creature threatening this village and i have been hired to kill it"

"Oh..." I step back slightly, and eye the fur in front of me. "You startled me." I look at him and grin. "I'm Nix, errr, Pheonix." I look over to where the dragon had been standing while i listened to the conversation that was at hand. Hmmmm, what's his deal?

I look back and quickly reply "As I said before, I'm not for hire, and I see nothing to gain from helping you...besides, I'm already looking for some old 'friends'...now, if you're done talking, please leave..."

[Shenzii]

I turn around and look at the dragon. I wonder what his story is?
