The beast took flight to the skies and vanished at the speed of light. An air wave knocked both, the wolf and the armored one to the ground.

Nix became slightly annoyed that the bear kept ignoring her. She heard the commotion and ran over to the clearing. "What is going on over here?" she demanded.

[Gabag]

"Well I was trying to kill something but Luke keeps stopping me" Brushing his armor off.

(yea black cotton absorbing a giant armored soldier's knee to the chest, even if it absorbs physical trauma, that much weight would still crush your insides.)

Nix shook her head, "You guys are ridiculous. I'm going back to Chrono and that bear." As she walked away she mumbled to herself, "What does she have that I don't," She finally got to where Chrono and the bear were, and sat under a tree. Her gaze deep in thought.

uschi frowned and bent her neck slightly and grabbed a white solid object from it's holding place on her armor, with her teeth. the bear brought up a white coin with wings carved into oneside of the coin, and claws carved into the other. the wings looked to be shaded with every other feather being darker than the one before it. and the claws looked to be every diffrent shade of gray possible. the bear tossed the coin to the dragon. "help me with something will you?" she asked the dragon.

Nix fumed when the bear kept getting close with Chrono. She got up and started to walk towards the mansion, when suddenly 5 arrows shot out of the darkness of the forest. Each arrow piercing her body. She yelp as she fell to the ground after the final arrow struck her back. A large, armored, knight came out of the shadows. His armor bore a symbol of the Dark Lord Dyonous. He moved swiftly, picking up Phoenix's limp body and then vanishing as quickly as he had appeared.

"im going to see if i can find that beast dont follow me" luke said walking in the direction 'it' went

((your not goin to be able to find the Beast. It went back to Hell. You can only find the gate.))

uschi perked up her head when she saw the armored knight take the wolf girl off into the woods. "what ever you do dragon, DON'T LOSE THAT COIN" the bear said to the dragon and ran off into the woods, she saw the armored knight running through the woods, to what looked like a big black war horse, which was only a Little ways away. uschi took a deep breath and roared and charged after the knight, her quick speed catching up to the knight fast. the bear jumped and clamped her powerful jaw on the knights elbow. she clamped down and swiftly broke it.

luke ran through the woods for an hour before he almost fell down a bottomless pit he knealt down next to the pit and shouted "hellooo?"

I looked at the coin...at first marveled at its 'shinyness', then I remember what she asked earlier, and when I looked up...I was alone Well, depends on what this 'something' is madame' I thought....

Then it hit me...Nix must have abandoned me because she was scared of my earlier 'freakout'....

Then a voice entered my head...do you want to forget the pain...forget the sorrow of abandonment?......

The dark knight shook the bear off. He placed Nix's body on the horse and charged at the bear. His sword drawn. He swung his sword, gashing open the bears right shoulder piece, briefly buying time to escape. He quickly jumped on the black stallion and rode off.

luke perked up his ears at the sound of the horses hooves "i hate it when this sorta thing happens" he said leaping up a tree. as the knight drew close luke hung upside down from the tree and snatched nix from the horse he then engaged his cloaking device concealing him and nix and dashed through the trees

Nix's body remained limp. Her pulse was slowly fading from the blood loss. The knight, phased by the wolf's heroic efforts, quickly reared around and raced in the direction of the rustling leaves. He quickly lost trace of the wolf and decided to head back to the Kingdom of the Dark Lord.
