skip right down to ranks, also Chrono and one other 'special' elite (honor guard, ranger, etc.) then it's just majors and minors then on
also the Brute leader (first brute player) is a chieftain of their choice

Counciler is good too, even though an elite of that young an age to achieve that rank, must have been the best soldier of all Elites
