Basically, the arm pads are their ranks '-','=', 'III' and 'IV' are symbols for rank 1,2,3 and 4 of the military institution. Stars on the arm pads means that they're a class one of their rank. :)

Hahah, basically its a massive influence over the military.. its not like 'army' as such.. but its political and has ranks.. i'll explain it all in the story! :P

If wanted I can set this comic up on the website here for you, you'll get a comic code similar to those used in the web comics you read as part of it and needn't worry about the bandwidth issues then. We'll sponsor it for you.

UPDATE!!
Hey guys!

As you can see in the above post, tweak has sorted me a forum sponsored website for my comic! I'm so excited and i will update every friday, so make sure you subscribe to the site and tell everyone you know about the comic! Its not only for my credibility, but for the forums too.

Just a note to everyone, this comic automatically updates every Friday (as long as Xleena has done her work!)

Also, the comic will be offline at some point today or tomorrow for an upgrade and change of software to a more powerful and easier to us system, apologies for any issues this brings.

I also have a new bit of technology that might pimp up the comic!

I gained Manga Studio Debut 4 for my birthday, so its going to be super complicated but worth it I hope. I'll hopefully have a page set up (page 12 or 13) in it, so make sure you guys comment! I wanna know if it looks much better (or much worse) .  .
