Spent the last hours of my mate's visit with him, took him to the airport, cried a ton already and I'm still not done (it usually takes as long as his stay was for me to feel better after he leaves, but it depends), and I'm watching funny movies to try and accomplish distracting myself from crying, or at least to make it so I cry less.

I just about finished my plastic canvas base for my mask. I just need some brads for the lower jaw since I couldn't find any magically lying around the house... I also had a good talk with one of my 30-year-old friends who's going through a diet and doing very well. :D

I stared at my canvas mask for forever. An attempt at the jaw was made, but it's just so confusing. I let off some cursing steam and left the project for tomorrow... If this is the beginning I don't want to imagine the foam or fur.  :'(
