*with Nia's crash she couldn't control the rate Jade's organs would freeze and it rapidly took over Jade's body as Nia tried to find her concentration again, but she paused a moment to watch Jade yelp for breath, then slowly gained control again allowing her to breathe, but she was still freezing from the inside*
